The first snows of the season have arrived. While up to 2 feet has fallen, it’s still a bit early to head for the slopes. But it’s not too early to pre-register for Winterset. To pre-register just call or email our office.

Registrations for our Sun Valley and Italy trips have been coming in since early September. Room availability and rates will change as these trips fill up. If you are interested in going and don’t want to encounter limited room availability or rate increases you should register soon.

Information on our 2012 Winterset programs and schedules will be available soon. The merger of Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows has created some new opportunities and we are adjusting our schedule. It should be ready by October 16. If you registered for Winterset using Priority Registration, your review deadline has been extended to October 31, 2011.

Come to our open house on Sunday, October 16, 2011, at Land Park Ski & Sports in Sacramento to get all the info on the 2012 season. We will have special discounts on our programs and trips for those signing up at the open house, plus Land Park Ski & Sports is offering special discounts too!

Learn to Snowboard or Ski in just one day. Join Alpine Adventures on a fun trip to Boreal Mountain Resort on Sat Dec. 3, 2011, Saturday January 7, or Saturday February 4, 2012. Our deluxe charter bus will take you from locations throughout the Sacramento Valley region right to the slopes.

This trip includes your ski or snowboard equipment, round trip transportation via charter first class coach, beginner instruction, lift pass, and pre-trip orientation. Throughout the day our expert staff will be teaching and assisting you, You will have a fun time learning, and by the end of the day you’ll be riding and skiing the slopes on you way to becoming an expert.
